Philip Raney oversees the day-to-day operations on the management side of Pinnacle Real Estate and Management Co. Those tasks range from daily management of the commercial and residential properties to the construction and development of new properties.

After leaving his hometown of Houston,Texas, to study Civil Engineering at The University of Texas, Philip was living near the University and saw a need for providing honest, personalized and efficient management of investment property to both individual owners and larger investment groups.

In the fall of 1991, Philip was recruited to form a management division for an established Central Austin property leasing and sales company. He was responsible for the tenant to landlord relations and communications for the management, maintenance and construction of a portfolio of over 400 units.

In 1993, Philip left the company to join Lorie Breazeale to form Pinnacle Real Estate and Management Co., Inc. Philip’s philosophy to provide personalized and efficient management services and his ability to listen to client’s needs has proven to be highly successful.

Philip enjoys spending time in the outdoors and with his wife and two children. He manages his family ranch and tends to his registered herd of Beefmaster cattle. He also is active in hunting, fishing, and coaching his son’s Little League baseball team. Philip serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Matthew’s Day School.

Lorie Raney manages the Brokerage and Marketing divisions of Pinnacle Real Estate. Lorie is directly involved in the evaluations, acquisitions and sales of commercial and residential properties and recruiting of new equity investment partners.

Lorie started her real estate career in 1985, while attending The University of Texas. She was employed by an Austin developer to lease and sell properties in the University area and Central Austin markets. Being a native of Austin, Lorie’s knowledge of the Austin and Central Texas areas enhances her ability to advise her clients with invaluable information.

In 1988, Lorie started her own real estate sales, leasing and management company providing services to the University and Central Austin area owners. After 5 years of successful service, she decided to join Philip Raney and form Pinnacle Real Estate and Management Co., Inc.

Lorie has consulted and brokered transactions totaling over $100 million and is often consulted by her peers in the real estate industry for her professional and direct opinion on prospective investments. With over 21 years of experience, Lorie has proven her ability to locate and evaluate investment properties which are both profitable and sustainable in the Austin and Central Texas areas.

Lorie is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors, the Austin Apartment Association, the National Apartment Association and the Austin Multiple Listing Service.

Lorie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is an active volunteer with the St. Matthew’s Day School Parents Association. She enjoys the outdoors, caring for her Arabian horses, gardening and traveling.
